Allen Li

Allen is an experienced and highly capable Portfolio Manager with a strong background in residential property management throughout the Hills area.

Before starting his career in real estate, Allen completed a Bachelor of Finance (Accounting) at Macquarie University, followed by a Diploma of Financial Services. He then worked in finance and fund accounting, where he developed strong skills in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and risk management. This financial foundation allows Allen to approach property management from an investment perspective, helping owners make informed decisions around rental returns, expense control, and long‑term asset performance.

With over 7 years of experience as a property manager, Allen brings a calm, detail‑focused approach to every property he manages. He is known for building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants while maintaining high standards of compliance and proactive management.

Allen is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has extensive hands‑on experience across all aspects of property management, including leasing, rent reviews, arrears management, maintenance coordination, inspections, and dispute resolution, including representation at NCAT.

Adding to his skillset, Allen is fluent in Chinese. He is well connected within the local community and values clear, transparent communication. Owners appreciate his professionalism, financial insight, and reliable approach to managing their investment properties.

Outside of work, Allen is a devoted family man with a young family. He played basketball throughout high school and university and remains an active member of the Hills Tennis and Basketball Club. While he no longer plays competitively, he volunteers his time coaching junior basketball. Allen also enjoys painting and photography in his spare time.
