Charlotte is currently undertaking her Real Estate Traineeship and is excited to be building a long-term career within the property industry. As a valued member of our team, she is gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of real estate while learning from a knowledgeable and experienced group of industry professionals.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Charlotte developed a strong foundation in customer service, administration and client-facing roles across a variety of fast-paced environments. These experiences allowed her to build exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to create positive experiences for clients from all walks of life.

Known for her positive attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn, Charlotte approaches every day as an opportunity to expand her knowledge and further develop her skills. She enjoys working with people, thrives in a collaborative team environment and takes pride in providing friendly, reliable and efficient service.

As part of her Cadetship, Charlotte is gaining valuable exposure to the day-to-day operations of a busy real estate office, developing her understanding of property management, sales support, client care and industry best practices. Working alongside experienced professionals is helping her build a strong foundation and shape an exciting future within the industry.
