As the organisation grew and Jelena's industry experience and understanding increased, her remit expanded, leading her into her current role as General Manager, People & Business Performance.

In this role, Jelena is responsible for aligning culture, capability, and operational performance to the strategic goals of the business. She partners closely with the leadership team to strengthen leadership capability, develop high‑performing teams, and ensure the organisation remains agile and commercially competitive in a dynamic market.
